Hoopers Collective Membership & Competitive Run Schedule
As a member of The Hoopers Collective, you gain exclusive access to our organized, high-level competitive runs. Here’s everything you need to know about scheduling and participating in our runs:
Run Schedule
• Tuesdays & Thursdays
• 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Each run is capped at 20 participants, ensuring a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Sign-Up Details
• Sign-ups open every Sunday at 8:00 AM.
• Spots fill up quickly, so be sure to sign up early!
• If members wish to participate in more than one run per day, there will be an additional $10 fee added to their current monthly membership.
Strike Rule
• If you need to cancel and forfeit your spot for a run, you must do so 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Cancellations not made within the 12-hour window will incur a $5 fee each time.
• No-shows: You are allowed up to 3 no-shows. After your third no-show, you will be required to pay a $15 fee to regain access to future runs.
• Membership Fees: Please note, you will still be charged your membership price regardless of cancellations or no-shows.
Rules for Competitive Runs
1. Game Format
• Each game is played to 10 points with an 8-minute running clock.
• 1 point for field goals, 2 points for three-pointers.
• 4 members may volunteer to be captains, or captains will be chosen.
• If a team has between 1 to 4 players, they may select the required number of players from the next losing team to balance the teams.
2. Fouls and Penalties
• Defense calls fouls during the game.
• If two fouls occur on one possession, the offense earns 1 point.
• On game point, three fouls committed by the defense gives the offense a free throw to win the game.
3. Intermissions
• There will be a 2-minute intermission between each game.
• The game clock starts once the intermission is over.
4. Player Waitlist:
• The next 5 players waiting to play must wait in the designated “Up Next” area until their turn.
